Hi I just want to say that after losing the ANZ app. About 2+a half years ago on my phone my local ANZ manager at the branch came to help me within 5 min. Between us, we were able to get it back after approx.15 min! No charge or (fee) lol just good to see good old service. So far so good. 5 starts to you ANZ!

Anz is a joke and going to google to run my money I don't think so. We don't agree to your new terms, and we don't sign that you can change it and legally if we say no then you can't do it and if you do then I call for all Australians to close their accounts with the anz bank and have you not be a greedy bank that takes advantage of our money for your gain. Anz you are starting to be as bad as the commonwealth bank. You are not selling our information to google no way in hell.

My app was working perfectly fine for a long time and all of a sudden it keeps asking me to re-enter my crn, password and code verification but straight after entering the code it's forced closed. I'm so disappointed it's a hassle everyday I have to go to the internet browser on my phone to do my banking instead of just using the app which was easier and quicker.

I object to being dragged kicking & screaming to add more unnecessary tech to my overloaded phone when I don't need anything more complicated than phone banking. But I reserve a special Chernobyl fury for the hard-sell get-TheYapp-you-need-TheYapp-MUST-GET-YAPP-NOW lecture I'm forced to endure whenever I call ANZ. Because the marketing merchants behind this unsolicited crapp decreed 'Customers cannot be allowed to skip TheY app lecture & go straight to main menu'.
