Very impressed with the Z1 watch and app I have a cheap uk Lycamobile deal and works great in the watch. The app will always sit on your phones notification bar to denote its connected unless you go into your phones Notification settings (I'm on Samsung) and disable the apps always on notification and just allow actual calls and message prompts from watch. 5/5 It's a great watch phone to keep your kids safe.

Edit: I contacted support on WhatsApp. They responded within 24 hours. Removing the SIM and restarting the watch corrected the timezone. Old review: I also experience the timezone problem. After summer ended, the time on the watch was not updated. If the timezone is changed in the app, it is set to a wrong time and cannot be fixed manually. This is ridiculous, it's a watch, it needs to show the correct time!

After updated : 1. Couldn't track watch location by imoo's app on phone 2. Couldn't video call 3. Couldn't send picture to watch on chat. 4. at last, all setting menu just plot on default chinese's language. Now the watch feature become useless.

Terrible app! Imoo has 100s of issues—can’t update the watch, no SMS, no tracking, no video calls, can’t change time or language. After updating my phone, it won’t recognize the admin number and keeps sending requests to my own number. No one else can become admin. Now the app is completely useless. For a child safety product, this is unacceptable. Imoo, fix your app!
