The products are good, but I have consistently had issues with their customers and relations team. I had a tv malfunction, and was without a tv for nearly 2 months. They initially said they'd replace it, then offered a refund, but took almost a week between replies, and they kept backtracking on what they had already stated/offered. I also had a similar experience with slow responses on 2 other products. I want to be contacted by a supervisor.

Something wrong here! I purchased a desk for my Grandson, checked the non-existent tracking to be informed that the order is cancelled and that I have received a refund. My Grandson hit buy again, and I checked my bank statement to see that I never received any refund, but have purchased the item twice! This is a con, and I will do everything in my power to expose Kogan. Tomorrow, I will instruct my Lawyers to take action. Kogan has burnt the wrong person!

I have change my address. On my account I can not add, or delete old addresses which is not relevant anymore. I have tried numerous times to remove and delete old addresses will not happen. Will not accept new address.
