This has to be a scam, you could scroll as far you could and all you would see are irated, frustrated, disappointed customers with 1 star or if generous 2-star reviews, but guess what app is still showing 4.7. Very bad experience with 1 mg. I had placed an order around 10 days back. According to the tracking information the product had reached Bhubaneswar but wasn't delivered to me. When I followed up with customer service I was assured by a supervisor that the order would be prioritized. Instead after a couple of hours I received a message informing me that the order has been cancelled with no explanation. When I contacted customer service they told me that the order has been lost! No replacement
