Sometime app doesn’t work very well and when it’s time to scan it sometime, not get the rewards and sometime not catch the scanner. Apart from that, it would be good if more vegetarian options could be added in the menu.

Love this app. Love getting points from the hockey challenge every winter, and then being able to not have to pay for my coffees until hockey comes back on again in the fall. Also love the fact that I don't need to have my bank card and Tim's card with me anymore. I can also load up my family's gift cards without going to a store or leave my couch. Makes life so much easier Thank you so much Tim Hortons!

The app is good. You can redeem coffee or donuts with points.

Points system is ok but the offers and coupons mainly are not very useful - they don't try to customize based on your ordering history so to give coupons that you would actually use. Also, keep having mistakes done on my delivery orders and when you complain they almost never help - for my last complaint they tried to say they can't help because it was a pickup order (it was delivery!) and then totally ignored me.

Horrible app. Starbucks and McDonald's both let you use your points to get items without having to select categories. You choose your items apply the points, and it's done. I had to fiddle around and waste 15 minutes of my break, and it didn't work. I coolant order online and went to the cashier, and they also weren't able to redeem my points either stating it should work, they even tried to fiddle around to let me redeem and nothing. Nearly 3000 points & are expiring & can't use online or in store
