Paid for the ads to be removed, they weren't. Did a support chat where I supplied evidence of payment for ads removal and supplied screen grabs as requested and version numbers of installed software, as requested only to be told it would be passed to a specialist to look in to it. In the end after no update I requested a refund as I was getting nowhere with it. Very frustrating to provide evidence of a purchase and not have it honored.
