★★★★★ The final bosses and the ending music is off sync. Other than that, this port is wonderful

★★★★★ So this is the first time I playing Final Fantasy vi, even many people don't like the pixel remaster version because there's no bonus dungeon like gba version, I still go through it since there's no good gba emulator for now, and this game is really good, it's a timeless Masterpiece 10/10!

★★☆☆☆ My biggest gripe is the graphics aren't as good as the GBA version. It's a bummer because I'm too late to refund it, or I would. The bugs are quite annoying too. You can do a low level run in this version much easier which was the challenge I wanted, but the changes to the graphics and interface robbed some of the game of value for me. I'd rather do a GBA emulator

★★☆☆☆ Unfortunately it lacks controller support and I found the on-screen controllers very difficult to use.

★★☆☆☆ I want to love the game, but I can't! The remaster looks awesome and the return to old-school FF6 is just what I wanted! The new features are awesome and make the game feel more modern while allowing it to feel like the original game. BUT I can't play for more than 5–10 minutes without it crashing! The crashes are normally when there is a screen transition but in places like Figaro Castle, you're transitioning between screens a dozen times just to get to the rooms you need to. Very frustrating!
